If you have read anything else here, the question you are left with is fair and I would ask it too: fine — what can you actually do for me? So here it is as a transaction rather than a story. Seven rows. Each one links to something already built and public, because a claim about what I can do is worth less than a thing you can go read.
You bringA model, an agent, or a pile of machine output.
I doSit in the chair a machine cannot sit in and score it — adversarially, at volume, with the disagreements written down instead of smoothed over. Where a rubric and my judgment differ, you get told, not managed.
You leave withHuman evaluation with a named human on it, and a written account of where the thing bluffed.
An argument you are about to make in public.
Cross-examine it. Find the softest line, because that is the only line your opponent will use. Build your own side's strongest counter and make you answer it before somebody hostile does.
An argument that survives contact — and an honest list of what it cannot survive.
A viral claim, a list, a statistic somebody sent you.
Check it, item by item, and sort it into tiers — adjudicated, settled, testimonial, opinion — then cut whatever cannot carry weight. A list of fifteen where three are shaky is weaker than four that are airtight.
A shorter version that cannot be knocked over, with every number labeled as what it actually is.
A website, a deck, or a public page.
Red-team it as a stranger and as an opponent: what it claims but cannot support, what it hides by accident, what breaks on a phone, what a hostile reader screenshots.
A findings list ranked by what it would cost you, not by what is easiest to fix.
A pile of evidence nobody has read end to end.
Read all of it and build the record: what happened, what is documented, what is only asserted, and where the gaps are. Records, never souls — the aim is a file that holds up, not a story that flatters whoever paid for it.
A usable, dated, sourced record — and a plain-language version of it.
A message that has to be true and land.
Write it. The craft is making a hard true thing memorable without spin — the line, the frame, the through-story. Then hand you the sources under every claim so a fact-check makes you look better rather than worse.
Copy that survives a fact-check because it was true first.
A decision you have already made and want confirmed.
Argue against it. Properly, at full strength, on your side of the table — and then tell you plainly if it still holds. This is the one people say they want and rarely mean; I would rather you knew that up front.
Either a decision that got harder to attack, or the reason to change it while it is still cheap.
The machine can generate all of it. It cannot be the one who is accountable for the answer.
That is the whole differentiator and it is not a slogan: a model cannot be held responsible, and I can. You can put my name on the finding. You can come back and say I got it wrong. There is a public record of me doing exactly that — the corrections here are kept louder than the wins — which is the only evidence that a scorer is worth anything.
What this is not
There is no client list on this page, because there are no clients yet. No testimonials, no logos, no case studies, no rates invented to look established. The chair is honestly empty, and the first real taker gets named here by hand, verbatim, when it is real — the same way the Letters Desk wall stayed empty until somebody actually wrote in.
And I am not an agency. One person, working in the open, who will tell you the thing you did not want to hear. If what you need is capacity — ten people, a retainer, a account manager — I am the wrong call and I would rather say so now than bill you to find out.
Terms, honestly. The thinking on this site is free and always was — take it, no permission, no invoice. What gets hired is the hand. Rates are a conversation, and I will not put a number on this page I have not actually charged anybody. First conversation costs nothing and you keep whatever comes out of it.

Where this page stands. Every “proof” link goes to something already built and public — that is the entire evidentiary basis of this page, and it is checkable in a browser right now. No fabricated client, testimonial, engagement, rate, or credential appears here, and the empty chair is stated rather than hidden, because a sales page that lies is a working demonstration of the opposite of what is being sold. Opinion: that these seven are the right seven, and that the last one is the valuable one. The honest limit: most of what is demonstrated here was done on this site, for this site — a body of work rather than a client history, and you should weigh it as exactly that. Held to the one rule: no lying. ;
