The missing plank between Corporations Aren't Real and the Emperor argument. Dehumanization goes one direction only because the immortal brand absorbs return fire the way a Biological Citizen never can. A named man can be mocked, criticized, called out — but if his identity is fused to a corporate-brand-of-himself (a super citizen with really nice clothes), the return fire hits the shield, not the man. That's why the emperor keeps naming and never gets named back with the same weight: it's not a rhetorical failure of the room, it's an asymmetry of vulnerability. The Inviolability Test (the Acoustic Standing filing) says the entity that cannot suffer cannot speak.
