Two words that resolve the whole funding argument. Not fund my nonprofit, not donate to my cause, not settle with me — just hire me: the person, the existing mind, put to work. It's the reverse pivot in its shortest form — a builder who's already built the thing offering himself instead of a pitch deck, aimed up at whoever needs the work done (a hospital, a foundation, a campaign, an uncle). It turns every fight into an offer: the Sparrow seat says it out loud — hire me, don't fight me. And it's the Biological Citizen's answer to a world that hires wallets: you can't hire a corporation's judgment, its doubt, or its ability to be hurt and therefore score — you can only hire a human's. The résumé is the whole website; the background check is that you can read every word before the first call.
