The Debate Me Clause.
Everything in this house is sourced or labeled opinion. So if you think something here is wrong, the door is wide open — but it's a debate door, not a courthouse door. Bring an argument, not a lawyer.
The clause
I stand behind every word on this site. Find a real error and I'll fix it and log it, out loud, on the ledger — the house already does that to itself.
Think I'm wrong? Then bring your best argument, not your best attorney. The remedy for speech you don't like has always been more speech — so say yours. I'll meet it in the open, on the record, and if you win, you win out loud.
Debate me. Don't sue me.
Streisand, in reverse
Try to bury something true and you only teach the whole internet where it's buried. Suppression is free advertising for the truth. So this house doesn't fear the fight over what it says — it invites it. Sunlight isn't the risk here; it's the business model.
No robes, no retainers
You don't need a suit to debate, and you don't need a lawyer to disagree. Debate, don't depose. Show up with a clear head and a real point, and you're already dressed for it. (See: The People's Debate — no suits.)
