Office parks into life parks™

The floor, rezoned. Take the office park (acres built for extraction, a moat of parking around a box you commute to in order to make someone else's number) and rebuild it as a life park: the same land pointed at living instead of laboring; the walkable pool, the commons, the room a person can actually live in (the floor, not the wage). It's flourish made civic, and the floor made circular: money that stops draining out to the abstraction and starts circling back to the humans on the ground (kin: π / full circle). The curator's receipt is a childhood one and checkable in kind: he proved the zoning in SimCity 2000. You don't grow a city by stacking office towers; you balance it with parks, water, and homes, or the sim tells you the truth in falling land value (the anti-arcology; the game as a lifetime of running this exact simulation).
